通过对贵州省100个事业性国有林场的收入、支出情况摸底调查,掌握国有林场整体经济运行情况,梳理了存在问题,提出相关对策与建议。全省通过层次分析法从经济收入状况和林场可持续发展能力两个系统层对贫困林场进行界定,通过建立国有林场项目库储备项目800多个,并采用优先安排扶贫项目等手段激励地方政府支持当地国有林场发展,取得良好成效。国有林场在基础设施改善、结构调整、改革不断推进、资源得到保护的前提下,带动周边农民增收和地方投入。

Based on the income and expenditure situation of 100 state-owned forest farms in Guizhou, grasp the running situation of state-owned forest farm economy as a whole, combed the existence question, proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The piovince through the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） from the eco- nomic income and forestry sustainable development ability to define poverty forest farm, through the establishment of the more than 800state-owned forest farm reserve projects, and uses the priority arrangement for poverty alleviation projects means to encourage local governments to support the development of the local state-owned forest farm, achieve good results. State-owned forest farm in infrastructure improvements, the reform of the structure adjustment and steadily, the resources are protected under the premise of improve surrounding farmers＇ income and local investment.
