在当前全球经济增速放缓和我国宏观经济整体运行态势下行压力逐步加大的背景下,探索基于产融结合模式的低碳导向型科技产业投资策略优化路径,将有助于提升我国低碳科技产业的市场竞争力,促进我国社会发展模式转型和宏观经济发展模式升级。本文阐述了低碳科技产业投资视域下产融结合的内涵及其价值,从低碳科技产业投资的微观运行风险和低碳科技产业投资的宏观环境风险等角度度,剖析了低碳科技产业投资的风险影响因子;给出建立低碳科技产业投资信托基金、维护资金链安全及建立政策性引导基金等优化低碳科技产业投资的微观运营策略,并从社会、法治及政策等角度给出了低碳科技产业投资的宏观支撑系统建设策略。

Under the context of the global economic slowdown and increasing downward pressure of China＇ s macro economy operation, exploring the approach to low carbon oriented science and technology industry investment strategy optimization based on the combination mode of industry and finance will help to improve the market competitiveness of the low carbon industries in China and promote China＇s social development transformation and macro economic development upgrading. This study focuses on the connotation of the combination of industry and finance from the perspective of low carbon technology industry investment, and systematically examines the risk factors influencing low carbon technology industry investment based on the combination of industry and finance from the perspective of micro operation risk and macro environmental risk. Finally, the paper proposes the micro operation strategies for low carbon technology industry investment based on the combination of industry and finance, including establishing trust funds, maintaining capital chain safety and establishing the policy - introduced funds. Also, macro supporting system construction strategies for low carbon technology industry investment based on the combination of industry and finance from the perspectives of society, law and policy are provided.
