随着平衡、和谐、可持续发展观念等在理论研究和经济社会生活中的渗透与发展展,基于生态观的企业文化逐渐成为提升企业核心竞争力的重要战略选择。但是,目前有关企业文化生态的研究成果比较鲜见,且大多仍停留在概念探讨阶段,缺乏从企业与环境互动的角度对企业文化(建设)的关注探讨。企业文化生态是一个系统的、动态的概念,它可与生态学中物种的进化过程并论论。本文本文将"竞争—共生"状态和系统各要素参与度作为企业文化生态和谐共生的演化表征,有利于企业把握文化生态各圈层及各要素之间的竞争、共生关系,最终形成组织、客户、竞争者、其他利益相关者的互动融合以及组织的可持续发展。

With the concepts of equilibrium, harmonious coexistence and sustainable development penetrating in the theoretical research, economy and social life, the ecological concept of corporate culture has gradually become an important strategic choice to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, there is a dearth of research in enterprise culture ecology, and most researches are still in the conception discussion stage, lacking of the inquiry about interactions between enterprises and environment. Enterprise culture ecology is a systematic and dynamic concept, which can be placed in the same category with evolution process of species. This paper puts the competition -symbiosis state and the participation of system elements as the evolution characterization of harmonious coexistence of ecology and enterprise culture, which is beneficial for enterprises to grasp the competition and symbiotic relations in all layers of cultural ecology and among all elements, and finally form the interactive integration of organization, customers, competitors and other stakeholders as well as the sustainable development of organization.
