本文研究表明,职业发展创新显著正向作用于企业核心竞争力,其中晋升机制创新、工作内容创新以及工作氛围创新都显著正向作用于核心竞争力;工作氛围创新是晋升机制创新与核心竞争力之间完全中介效应的缔造者,是工作内容创新与核心竞争力之间部分中介效应的缔造者;工作内容创新对中小企业核心能力提升的效用最大。因此,中小企业深度调整将打破企业竞争格局,对中小川酒企业而言,挑战与机遇并存。核心员工是创造企业自身核心能力的各种资源的载体,创新是实现这些资源重新整合、促进企业成长的有效途径。
本文研究錶明,職業髮展創新顯著正嚮作用于企業覈心競爭力,其中晉升機製創新、工作內容創新以及工作氛圍創新都顯著正嚮作用于覈心競爭力;工作氛圍創新是晉升機製創新與覈心競爭力之間完全中介效應的締造者,是工作內容創新與覈心競爭力之間部分中介效應的締造者;工作內容創新對中小企業覈心能力提升的效用最大。因此,中小企業深度調整將打破企業競爭格跼,對中小川酒企業而言,挑戰與機遇併存。覈心員工是創造企業自身覈心能力的各種資源的載體,創新是實現這些資源重新整閤、促進企業成長的有效途徑。

The research shows that career development innovation has a significant positive influence on enterprise core competence; working environment innovation plays an intermediary role completely between promotion mechanism innovation and core competence, and a partial intermediary role between working content innovation and core competence; the total utility of working content innovation to the enterprise core competence is the largest. Therefore, the depth adjustment of small and medium- sized enterprises will break the enterprise competition. For Sichuan small and medium- sized liquor enterprises, the challenges and opportunities exist at the same time. The core staff is the main part for sustainable development, and the innovation is the key to create core competence.
