基于39个国家的面板数据,运用个体固定效应模型、面板工具变量法等,考察了技术创新对低碳约束情境下的木材加工业产业国际竞争力的影响。研究结果表明:随着低碳经济时代的到来,由要素驱动的产业发展模式会逐渐成为木材加工业国际竞争力进一步提高的瓶颈,但技术创新可以有效提升木材加工业的国际竞争力,尤其是在低碳约束下,技术创新对木材加工业国际竞争力的促进作用存在"后发优势"。
基于39箇國傢的麵闆數據,運用箇體固定效應模型、麵闆工具變量法等,攷察瞭技術創新對低碳約束情境下的木材加工業產業國際競爭力的影響。研究結果錶明:隨著低碳經濟時代的到來,由要素驅動的產業髮展模式會逐漸成為木材加工業國際競爭力進一步提高的瓶頸,但技術創新可以有效提升木材加工業的國際競爭力,尤其是在低碳約束下,技術創新對木材加工業國際競爭力的促進作用存在"後髮優勢"。

Based on the panel data of 39 countries from 1995 to 2009, the paper applies the individu- al fixed effects model and the panel data instrumental variable method to examines the impact of tech- nological innovation on the international competitiveness of the wood processing industry under the car- bon constraint scenario. The results suggests that : With the advent of low-carbon economy, industrial development pattern driven by production factors will gradually become botdenecks in improving the in- ternational competitiveness of the wood processing industry. But technological innovation can effective- ly enhance the international competitiveness of the wood processing industry. Especially in the low- carbon constraints, there is "Second-mover advantage" in the promoting role of technological innova- tion on international competitiveness of the wood processing industry.
