回顾劳动经济研究的历史,主流经济学研究范式似乎一直主导着劳动经济学的研究。但制度经济学研究范式对劳动经济学的影响不容忽视,尤其是两次世界大战之间。通过比较制度经济学范式和主流经济学范式的两本经典教材,结合对劳动经济学建立和发展的研究,可分析两种研究范式下劳动经济学的不同。劳动经济学发展至今,是一个见证制度经济学范式在劳动经济学研究中衰落、主流经济学范式逐渐取而代之的过程。它验证了＂科学进步＂的过程理论。同时,在未来劳动经济学的研究中,主流经济学范式仍将占据主导地位。

From the history of labor economics,it seems that mainstream economics paradigm dominates the la-bor economics study.However,the influences of institutional economics paradigm to labor economics should not be ignored,especially during the period between the first and the second world wars.By comparing two classical text-books which one is institutional paradigm while the other is mainstream economics paradigm,combining with studies of the establishment and development of labor economics,this article analyzes the differences between these two par-adigm labor economics,and argues that the development of labor economics is a process,which witnesses in the la-bor economics field,the fading of institutional economics＇paradigm which is gradually replaced by the paradigm of main stream economics.The process verified the “science progress”theory.The paradigm of mainstream economics will keep domination the research of labor economics in the future.
