对2012—2014年中外重点期刊中与碳金融相关的文献进行梳理,可总结出2012年以来该领域的四大研究热点：中国碳金融体系的构建、碳金融本土化、碳金融的溢出效应、碳交易价格相关研究。对这些热点进行述评,以期为碳金融领域今后的研究提供参考和借鉴。

대2012—2014년중외중점기간중여탄금융상관적문헌진행소리,가총결출2012년이래해영역적사대연구열점：중국탄금융체계적구건、탄금융본토화、탄금융적일출효응、탄교역개격상관연구。대저사열점진행술평,이기위탄금융영역금후적연구제공삼고화차감。
This paper tries to sort out the 2012—2014 literatures related to carbon finance from Chinese and for-eign key journals,summing up the four major research focuses in this field since 2012：construction of Chinese finan-cial system of carbon,carbon finance localization,carbon finance overflow effect,carbon trading price of the underlying research.This paper summarizes these hot spots,in order to provide reference for future studies of carbon finance.
