影响高校定位的因素可以分为高校内部因素和高校外部因素,也可以分为物质因素、制度因素和观念因素。通过问卷调查和分析发现,高校领导普遍认为内部因素在高校定位过程中发挥最核心作用,观念因素次之,然而当前高校定位实践受高校外部因素主导,因此,高校定位过程出现了定位理论和定位实践不一致的事实。政治体制和传统文化思想是造成这一现状的主要影响因素。

The influential factors of higher educational orientation can be classified into internal and external factors, or into material, Institutional and conceptual factors. Through questionnaires and analysis, it is widely believed among collegiate managers that in- ternal factors exert the greatest influence on collegiate orientation, followed by conceptual factors. However, external factors play a dominant role in actual situation, thus, the theory is discordant with its practice in the process of orientation.
