党的十八届三中全会的召开,对新型农业经营主体的培育提出了明确的目标和方向。从价值观、科学技术、法律法规、市场理论、生产经营管理等方面对我国农业中涌现出的新型农业经营主体,进行教育培训,是促进现代农业发展和推动农民增收的重要保障。文章从新型农业经营主体培育的概念界定入手,重点分析新型农业经营主体培育的历史逻辑,根据我国对俄农业经贸发展的实际状况,提出了对俄农业经贸人才培养的创新模式及思路。

The third plenary session of the 18th CPC National Congress put forward clear goal and direction about the cuhivation of new type agricultural management subject. Holding educational training about the new type agricultural management subject in China, from values, science and technology, laws and regulations, market theory, production and operation management etc. , is the important guarantee of promoting modern agricultural development and farmers＇income. This paper mainly analyzed the historical logic of the new type agricultural management subject cultivation from its definition and proposed innovation pattern and thought of talents cultivation of agricultural economy and trade for Russia based on the actual situation of agricultural economy and trade development for Russia in China.
