为验证心理幸福感在心理压力影响学习倦怠的过程中所起的中介作用,采用问卷对474名大学生的学习倦怠、心理压力、心理幸福感情况进行调查,结果发现:心理压力中的学习压力维度对学习倦怠有显著的正向预测作用;心理幸福感中的生活目标感维度在学习压力影响学习倦怠的过程中起中介作用。
為驗證心理倖福感在心理壓力影響學習倦怠的過程中所起的中介作用,採用問捲對474名大學生的學習倦怠、心理壓力、心理倖福感情況進行調查,結果髮現:心理壓力中的學習壓力維度對學習倦怠有顯著的正嚮預測作用;心理倖福感中的生活目標感維度在學習壓力影響學習倦怠的過程中起中介作用。

In order to examine the mediating effects of psychological well - being on the relationship between psychological stress and learning burnout, 474 college students were randomly chosen as the samples to answer the questionnaires of learning burnout, psy- chological stress and psychological well - being. The results show that learning stress in the psychological stress has significantly positive direct influence on the learning burnout ; life goal in the psychological well - being is one of the mediating factors in that process.
