基于社区积极分子的微观分析,文章探讨了当下中国积极分子的生成背景、时代精神与当代价值。转型期国家与社会关系的整体性分离与实践性边界渗透,构成积极分子及其差异参与方式的宏观背景。响应积极分子的奉献精神和集体主义逻辑与维权积极分子的正义感和抗争精神是＂义利兼顾＂的时代精神的具体实践。积极分子的动员能力、精神感召与典型示范,有效回应了国家维持权力与社会维护权利及其互相渗透的社会政治效用。伴随中国社会的历史性变迁与结构转型,需要以时代的眼光重新审视积极分子。

Based on the microanalysis of community activists, this paper explores generated background, zeitgeist and contemporary value of the present Chinese activists. In transformation period, the holistic separation and practical boundary permeability between the state and the society constituted the macro-background which generated activists and different style of participation. The response to activist＇s collectivism logic and dedication and activist＇s right fighting spirit and the sense of justice are the specific practice of ＂Both moral and benefit＂ in Zeitgeist. Mobilization, spiritual inspiration and model demonstration of the activists in response, is the effective response to political effects that the state maintains power, social safeguard rights and mutual penetration.With the historical changes and structure transformation of China＇ s society, activists should be re-examined in the era.
