随着世界性金融危机的爆发,新自由主义政策的全球推广和不合理的社会政策的影响,西方当代社会危机更加突出,与此相伴随的新社会运动也呈现不同的特点和走势。其表现在区域性分布广泛,政治性诉求更加突出,参与面更大,组织性也更强。西方国家未来新社会运动的发展频率将更高,范围将更广,政治诉求也将更加突出,反映出人们对资本主义制度所蕴含的危机认识更加深刻。

The outbreak of global banking crisis, global popularization of the neo-liberal policy and unreasonable social policies helped intensify the current social crisis in western countries. In response to the social crisis, new social movements assume different features and orientations： extensive regional distribution, more prominent political demands, wider coverage of participation and stronger organization. In the future, western countries will be faced with social movements with even higher frequency, even wider coverage of participation and even stronger political demands. This indicates that people have developed even deeper understanding of the crisis contained in capitalist system.
