本文从出口技术附加值视角,利用PRODY指数和EXPY指数,测算和分析了世界及样本国家农产品出口技术附加值,并在此基础上对世界农产品出口贸易技术结构是否存在收敛趋势进行了检验。研究表明,世界及样本国家农产品出口技术附加值总体上均不断增长,主要样本发达国家农产品整体出口技术附加值大多显著高于主要样本发展中国家;世界各类别农产品出口技术附加值是否存在绝对σ收敛不明确;全部样本国家和样本发展中国家农产品出口技术结构均存在绝对σ收敛,样本发达国家农产品出口技术结构存在绝对σ发散;世界各类别农产品及全部样本国家、样本发达国家和样本发展中国家农产品整体的出口技术附加值均存在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,且样本发展中国家农产品出口技术结构的绝对β收敛速度和条件声收敛速度均明显快于样本发达国家。

From the aspect of technological value-added of export and based on the data of major agricultural exporting countries during 1995-2012 from UN COMTRADE Database and World Bank WDI Database, this paper applies PRO- DY Index and EXPY Index proposed by Hausmann et al. (2005) to measure and analyze technological value-added of agricultural products export of the world and of sample countries, and furthers the test by exploring whether there was a convergence of the technological structure of world's agricultural products export. The results indicate that the technological value-added of the world and sample countries is generally on an increase, and the technological value-added of export of major sample developed countries is significantly higher than that of major sample developing countries. It is not clear as to whether there is the absolute σ convergence for the technological value-added of world's various agricultural product categories, but absolute σ convergence is confirmed for the technological value-added of agricultural exports of all sample countries and sample developing countries, while absolute σ divergence is confirmed for that of sample developed countries. There are both absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence for technological value-added of world's various agricultural product categories and all agricultural products of all sample countries, sample developed countries and sample developing countries, and both the absolute β convergence rate and the conditional β convergence rate of technological structure of export of sample developing countries are significantly higher than that of sample developed countries.
