国内市场整合是市场经济的内在要求，也是我国全面深化改革亟待解决的重大现实问题。利用冰川模型测度市场分割指数，通过1985-2011年省际面板数据对我国市场分割与经济增长之间的关系进行实证研究。实证结果显示，我国国内市场出现整合趋势，但＂囚徒困境＂仍存在于中央与地方政府的利益博弈之中。同时，市场分割与经济增长呈现＂倒U型＂关系，市场分割出现传导途径多元化、传导手段隐蔽性的特征，其作用效果的体现主要是物质资本和人力资本，而科技创新、对外开放度、地方保护和国有经济比重的作用仍需进一步深化分析。其政策含义在于政府应加快职能转变，减少不恰当的行政干预，健全区域合作利益补偿机制，制定和完善相应的法律法规，以此推动国内市场一体化进程。

Domestic market integration is the inherent requirements of market economy and one im- portant problem in the in-depth reform which should be tackled. The article adopts iceberg model to measure market segmentation index as well as the inter-provincial penal data of 1985-2011 to study the relation between market segmentation and economic growth. The results show that there appears the integration trend in our domestic market, but the ＂prisoner predicament＂ still exists ＇in the game of interest between central and local government. At the same time, there is an ＂inverted U＂ rela- tion between market integration and economic growth. Market integration shows qualities of multi-way of transmission and hidden nature of transmission means, whose effect embodies in material capital and human resources capital. However scientific innovation, opening up degree, local protection and percentage of state economy requires further analysis. The policy connotation lies in the change of governmental role, the reduction of improper administrative intervention, perfection of interest compen- sation mechanism in regional cooperation, formulation and perfection of laws and regulation so as to propel the integration of domestic market.
