“富二代”是指改革开放后出现的民营企业家“富一代”的后代群体,出生在20世纪70年代之后,传承上一代人的名声、财富和资源,承担着延续家族财富的责任。从学理意义上讲,“富二代”属于中性概念,其最典型的群体特征体现在三个方面:知识教育受重视,做人教育时常被忽视;自身压力大,交往圈子小;人生起点高,社会认同低。鉴于此,亟须加强对“富二代”群体的教育引导,尤其需要在注重教育引导的层次性、突出教育引导的针对性、强化教育引导的系统性等三个方面进行完善,使他们能够自主、自强、自立,以承担更多的责任来赢得社会认同。
