Circle of Christians; the Young White-collar; Social Network
宗教能否有效地创造社会网络，近几年来成为学界探讨的热点话题。对上海青年白领基督徒的研究发现，基督教对青年白领群体的社会网络，也就是“教友圈”的形成具有促进作用。频繁的小众化聚会是“教友圈”形成的有利条件；各类宗教活动是“教友圈”内互动的主要方式；网络平台是“教友圈”内部沟通的手段。此外，“教友圈”还有拓展其他关系网络的重要作用。
宗教能否有效地創造社會網絡，近幾年來成為學界探討的熱點話題。對上海青年白領基督徒的研究髮現，基督教對青年白領群體的社會網絡，也就是“教友圈”的形成具有促進作用。頻繁的小衆化聚會是“教友圈”形成的有利條件；各類宗教活動是“教友圈”內互動的主要方式；網絡平檯是“教友圈”內部溝通的手段。此外，“教友圈”還有拓展其他關繫網絡的重要作用。

Are religions effective in generating social network？ In recent years, it is a hot issue. In this research about the young and white-collar Christians in Shanghai, it is found that Christianity is effective in developing social network, which is called the circle of Christians. Frequent meetings in small groups are taken advantage of to develop the circle of Christians, all kinds of religious activities are utilized for the interaction, and internet is used as a tool for the communication. Moreover, the circle of Christians plays an important role in developing other networks.
