“思想政治教育观”是当前思想政治教育学元问题、元理论研究的最重要课题之一。着重搞清思想政治教育的历史定位和运行特征,是探讨创新“思想政治教育观”的首要课题。“历史定位”主要是指思想政治教育是主流思想文化或主流意识形态“传导”、“承续”的基本载体和实现形式之一。“运行特征”是指思想政治教育的主要运行状态是“自上而下”的,它是一定社会、国家、阶级、政党或社会集团组织实施的,教育受益者是组织化的受众,思想政治教育过程是有意识、有计划、有确定目的目标的。此外,探讨创新“思想政治教育观”还包括两个重要课题,即划定学科相对的研究边界和领域,以及阶级社会思想政治教育的评价准则。

"Views of ideological and political education" is one of the most important subjects on the study of original problems and original theories of ideological and political education in recent years. The primary topic of discussing the innavation of "views of ideological and political education" is to understand the historical positioning and operational characteristics of ideological and political education. "Historical positioning" mainly refers that the ideological and political education is one of basic carriers and realization forms of "conducting" and "developing" the mainstream culture or mainstream ideology. "Operational characteristics" means that the main operational status of ideological and political education is "top-down", and it is organized and implemented by the society, state, classes, parties or social groups, and the beneficiaries are organized, and the process is conscious, planned and targeted. In addition, there are another two important topics in discussing the innovation of "views of political and political education", which are drawing the relative border and field of research and formulating the evaluation criterion of ideological and political education in the class society.
