教育公平是社会公平的基础,特殊教育是促进教育公平的重要举措,特殊教育教师是特殊教育事业发展的基础和动力。特殊教育对象的复杂性特征决定了特殊教育工作的高度专业性和不可替代性。本研究运用行为事件访谈技术,获得了18项特殊教育教师胜任特征;通过验证性因素分析,构建并验证了六维度特殊教育教师胜任特征模型。以胜任特征为核心的特殊教育教师培养应注重六方面的职业品质:职业道德、职业动力、合作能力、专业能力、专业素养、个人特质。

Educational fairness is the foundation of social equity. Special education is an important measure to promote educational fairness. Teachers of special education are the basis and driving force of the development of special education. The complexity of special education objects determines that the special education is professional and irreplaceable. By Behavior Event Interview, 18 special education teacher competencies are achieved. By Confirmatory Factor Analysis, teacher competency model of special education with six dimensions is tested. The teacher cultivation of special education taking competency as a core should pay attention to six occupational qualities, that is, professional ethics, professional motivation, cooperative ability, professional ability, professional quality and personal traits.
