事物发展的内外因关系决定了教师发展终归要落实到自我发展,而自我发展本质上是教师主体性的发展,即确立教师发展的事实主体身份,这是教师自我发展的内生动力,也是解决教师发展内动力不足问题的根本所在,而合于主体性的教师发展实践是发展教师主体性的根本路径;教师自我发展是道德的,源于教育是一项道德事业,作为教育关键主体的教师的德性直接关系着教育实践是否能拥有足够的德性,合于德性是教师发展的价值逻辑,也是解决教师发展功利化倾向问题的根本所在,而合于德性的教师发展实践是成就教师拥有高尚师德的根本路径;教师自我发展是作为生命整体的发展,是使教师的内在资源和态度、内在专业结构发生性质上的转变,是从一种生命状态上升为另一种生命状态的过程和结果,这是教师发展的质量标准,也是解决教师发展技术化倾向问题的根本所在,而合于师生生命展开的教育实践是实现教师生命整体发展的根本路径。
