As China' s most grassroots administrative units: the township level, the superior-subordinate relationship between the township cadres is particularly subtle and the fact that whether the relationship be handled well or not relates to people' s livelihood directly. In this study, the relationship between the township administrative ethics of County P in Sichuan Province was researched based on the theories of inter-relationship within governing party and theories of public administration of socialist country. The current situation on the superior-subordinate relationship between our township cadres was explored and the ways to reshape superior-subordinate relationship between our township cadres were discussed in order to achieve the harmonious development of the internal units of primary administrative in our country.
