使用面板平滑转换回归模型研究了贸易开放对区域创新能力的影响,结果发现贸易开放确实对各省区的区域创新能力存在显著的动态非线性影响。贸易开放对区域创新能力的弹性系数受到各地区的创新投入规模、经济发展水平、人力资本水平和基础设施的影响,且均存在门槛效应,并随着转换变量的取值变化,在区制之间平滑转换。贸易开放在地区创新投入规模较大、人力资本水平较高、基础设施较好的地区对区域创新能力的作用更强;经济发展水平对贸易开放的创新效应存在双门槛的影响作用。

This paper uses the panel smooth transition regression model to study the trade influence on regional innovation a- bility, it finds that trade have a significant dynamic nonlinear effects on regional innovation ability. The elasticity coefficient of trade to regional innovation ability has been influenced by regional innovation investment scale, the level of economic de- velopment, the level of human capital and infrastructure, and there are threshold effect, and as the transition variable values change, smooth transition between the regime. Trade in region with more innovation investment, human capital level high- er, and better infrastructure play the stronger role to the regional innovation ability. Economic development level to the inno- vation effect of trade has double threshold effect.
