基于资源富集的新疆7类资源型产业2001—2012年面板数据,构建资源型产业生态化发展指标体系,运用熵值法测算资源型产业生态化发展水平及其资源效率和环境效率,比较分析不同类型资源型产业生态化发展水平及其演进。研究发现:新疆资源型产业生态化发展总体水平较低,增长较慢。资源效率较高,增长缓慢;环境效率较低,增长较快。不同类型资源型产业生态化发展水平差距较大。不同类型资源型产业生态化发展水平演进过程中,效率及技术条件差异较大、国有大中型企业支撑作用突出、对环境污染治理的依赖性较强。

Based on the seven categories of resource-based industry panel data from 2001 to 2012 in Xinjiang, this paper constructs the industrial ecological development index system of resource-based industry. It adopts the entropy evaluation method to measure the industrial ecology development level. Then it carries on comparative analysis to industrial ecologization level change of different types of resources-based industry. The results show that the resource-based industry ecological development level is low and increases slowly. The resource efficiency is higher but increases more slowly, while environmental efficiency is lower but increases faster. There is a large gap of industrial ecological development level in different types of resource-based industry. In the evolution of different resource-based industry ecological development level, efficiency and technical conditions are different, the large and medium-sized national enterprises play foundamental roles and they all have strong reliance on the environmental pollution control.
