政党与宗教之间存在天然的关系，一直被世界各国充分重视和谨慎对待。双方在互动中，由于手中掌握的筹码不同，一方处于主动地位，一方处于被动地位。两者在众多规则里能够起决定性作用的主要有两个，即政权和民意。掌控政权可以调动国家的政治经济、文化自然等资源；把握民意能够推动社会发展进程，甚至改变历史前进的方向。两者随着手中筹码的数量和质量的增减发生变化，双方的地位也在不断博弈中保持着微妙的平衡。

The natural relationship between political parties and the religions are paid adequate attention and cau- tion in various countries of the world. In the interaction of both sides, according to the number of chips, one may be in an active status while the other in a passive position. There are two factors playing decisive roles in their competitions： the regime and the people. Although controlling regime can mobilize the political, economic, cultural and natural resources of the country, grasping public opinion can contribute to a process of social development, and even changing the direction of history. Both changes were determined by the increase or decrease in quantity and quality of their chips and the status of both are constantly struggling to maintain a delicate balance.
