国际组织作为现代世界社会的一个重要“代理者”和“行动者”,在引导世界教育发展方向和推动成员国的教育改革中发挥着重要作用.本文从新制度主义的世界社会理论视角出发,分析了国际组织在全球层面对教育蓝图的建构、在国家层面对中国教育政策制定的影响,以及在地方层面对中国教育实践和创新的引导.

As an ＂agent＂ as well as an ＂actor＂, international organization plays an important role in leading world educational development and promoting national education reform. In the perspective of neo-institutionalism, this research analyzes the international organizations＇ role in constructing world educational blueprint at the global level;their impact on China＇s educational policy at the national level;and their guidance to China＇ s education practice reform and innovation at the local level.
