在有限的教育资源投入下,提高学前教育资源利用效率,能促进韶关地区学前教育可持续发展。对韶关9所幼儿园的调查结果表明：韶关地区教育经费投入有限,制约学前教育投资效率的起点;教育经费利用不当,制约学前教育投资效率的冲刺;人力资源结构失衡,制约学前教育投资效率的发挥;物力资源使用不充分,造成学前教育资源的浪费。提高韶关地区学前教育投资效率,可从国家政府层面、社会团体层面、幼儿园层面等进行考虑。

With the limited education resources investment, improving the utilization efficiency of preschool education resources, to promote the sustainable development of preschool education in Shaoguan areas. The survey of 9？kindergartens has been conducted in Shaoguan. The results showed that the educational funds in Shaoguan area investment limited, starting control of preschool education investment efficiency; education funding improper use, restricting the preschool education investment efficiency of sprint; human resource structure unbalance, bottleneck of preschool education investment efficiency; material resources use is not sufficient, resulting in preschool education resources waste. To improve investment efficiency of preschool education in Shaoguan area, we should take the national government, the social group level and kindergarten level into consideration.
