素质教育思想是改革开放以来形成的中国特色的教育思想。素质教育思想既是马克思主义中国化的理论成果,也是吸纳西方先进教育思想,弘扬和继承中华优秀传统文化,扎根中国教育实践的理论创新。素质教育思想在中国教育实践中确立并不断完善、深化的重要原因也在于党的领导和政府的推动及广大教育工作者的实践探索。当前,全面推进素质教育需要找准问题,提升对落实素质教育战略主题地位的科学认识和行动自觉。

SUZHI Education is a Chinese characteristic idea on education with the reform and opening-up policy. SUZHI Education is the theoretical achievements of localization of Marxism in China, and also the theoretical innovation in absorbing Western countries' advanced education ideas, carrying forward and inheriting excellent Chinese traditional culture, deepening Chinese education practices. It is the important reason that SUZHI Education built and completed in Chinese education practice that the guiding by CCP, promoting by the government and exploring by educators. At present, promoting SUZHI Education comprehensively need to find the real problem, upgrade the scientific cognition and behavior consciousness in the process of implement the strategic theme on SUZHI Education.
