运用文献计量分析法，对中国人民大学复印报刊资料《高等教育》603种栽文来源期刊进行统计分析，结果发现：《高等教育》对论文质量的要求在逐年提高，戡文来源期刊的遴选范围在逐步缩小；来源期刊的空间分布不均衡，高度集中在少数几个省市地区：主管单位为行政机关的来源期刊所占比例以及其被引用的频次皆最高；88．56％的来源期刊仅有一个主办单位．而主办单位为学校的来源期刊所占比例为65．84％；55．56％的来源期刊创刊于20世纪80年代．59．2％的来源期刊为双月刊；来源期刊类别属于高校综合性哲学社科学报的占48．92％：56．67％的来源期刊属于省部级期刊，所有期刊的平均复合影响因子为0．71；5562篇转载文章中，66．18％来源于“北大核心期刊”，49．84％来源于“南大CSSCI期刊”。

This paper adopts biblionmetric methods to analyze statistically 603 source journals of articles published in RUC Photocopied Materials Higher Education from 1995 to 2014. Theresult indicates that： The selection scope of source journals of articles published in RUC Photocopied Materials Higher Education is decreasing year by year. The standard which is used to select articles is increasing year by year. The distribution of source journals is not balanced, but it is highly concentrated in a few provinces and regions; The proportion and the cited frequency of the source journals whose head units are administrative organs are both highest; 88.56% of source journals just have only one host unit; The proportion of source journals whose host units are university is 65.84%; 55.56% of source journals are founded in the 1980s; 59.2% of source journals are bimonthly joumals; The proportion of source journals which are comprehensive philosophy social science journals is 48.92%; 56.67% of source journals is belong to provincial journals; The average composite impact factor of all source journals is 0.71; In the 5562 articles, 66.18% of articles belong to the Chinese core journals, and 49.84% of articles belong to CSSCI journals.
