上海财经大学积极探索深化财经人才培养模式改革。学校以分类培养为理念,以个性体验为依托。实施拔尖计划、卓越计划、创业计划三类人才培养路径,搭建通识教育、科研创新和社会实践及国际交流三大平台,初步构建了“3+3”立体财经人才培养模式,着力培养适应国家发展战略需要和全球化竞争的卓越财经人才。

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has explored the reform of cultivation mode for finance and economics talents actively. Holding the principle of classified cultivation, the university relies on individual experience to construct three cultivation paths: top-notch talent plan, outstanding talent plan and entrepreneurial talent plan. At the same time, the university builds up three platforms, including general education, scientific research innovation and social practice, together with international communication. Through these, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has preliminarily constructed a "3+3"vertical cultivation mode for finance and economics talents, aiming to nurture excellent finance and economics talents to meet the strategic needs of national development and global competition.
