从1999年开始,我国学位与研究生教育为适应高等教育大众化的发展同样大规模扩招,进入了一个快速发展的黄金时期。对于1999年后的学位与研究生教育政策的价值取向研究。可以明晰我国今后学位与研究生教育的发展方向和重点。进入21世纪以来,我国学位与研究生教育政策的价值取向变化主要表现为:由“效率优先”向质量和公平价值取向变化:由重学术学位向学术学位和专业学位并重的培养模式的价值取向变化;逐步确立服务需求的价值取向。

Since 1999, in order to accommodate the development of college expansion of enroument, the academic degree and postgraduate education in China has been expanded massively, and entered a golden period.We can identify the deve|opment direction and the highlight of the academic degree and postgraduate education in the future by studying the value orientation of the academic degree and postgraduate education policies in this period. In the 21st century, the value orientation of academic degree and postgraduate education in China has changed, which can be particularized in the following aspects: the value orientation changes from‘efficiency first' to value quality and fairness; the education model laying equal stress on academic degree and professional degree; and the consciousness of service requirements in postgraduate education.
