河南省是文化资源大省,但是在文化资源开发与文化品牌建设等方面存在诸多问题,严重影响了与之相匹配的地域性文化软实力的形成。运用SWOT分析法对河南文化品牌建设内部的优势S和劣势W、外部的机会O和威胁T进行系统分析:从内部看,河南文化品牌建设具有历史文化资源、区位等优势,同时存在品牌建设主体和投融资渠道等劣势;从外部看,河南文化品牌建设存在着世界文化交流、中原崛起战略实施等机会,但也存在着市场竞争激烈和文化体制改革滞后等威胁。根据SWOT模型中的不同战略组合,从发展目标、发展思路及发展模式三个层面提出了河南文化品牌建设的战略构想。

As a culture resources-abundance province, a series of issues on culture resource development and cultural brand construction, which have seriously affected the formation of the matching regional cultural soft power in Henan prov- ince. Following the comprehensive analysis on strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Henan cultural brands Construction and the use of SWOT method, it points out that the internal environmental factors are mainly the strengths from historical and cultural resources and the location and so on as well as the weaknesses from the brand-building bodies and the financing channels, while the external environmental factors are mainly the opportunities from the cultural exchange and the strategy implementation of the rising oI central china and so on as well as the threats from great competition and the lagging of the cultural reform. According to the above analysis results, the strategic blueprint for Henan cultural brands con- struction are put forward from three aspects of development goat and thought and model.
