Patent strategy is an essential part of the overall strategies especially its technology strategies in an enterprise.From the perspective of patent strategy, technological innovation must possess three basic features inclu-ding novelty, inventiveness and utility of innovative technology.Technological innovation has certain modes, which reflect common rules of innovation process.A new guidance frame for technological innovation for an enterprise can be provide when patent strategies and technological innovation are connected together, using those elements of pa-tent analysis, patent acquisition and patent implementation to link the main factors such as technology forecast, ex-ploitation and application of the technology innovation activities in an enterprise to build a internal relationship be-tween time and space and construct a technological innovation mode （ PS-TI mode）.
