京津城际高速铁路作为京津冀协同发展综合交通运输体系的重要组成部分,其作用越来越重要。进一步评估城际铁路客运产品和服务的综合影响力,提高运营与服务水平,实现与战略管理目标的有效对接显得尤为重要。基于现阶段区域经济的特点来研究城际高速铁路的运营管理影响力;通过对区域经济的关联影响力分析,研究影响运营管理的内外关联因素。对完善我国高速铁路网络发展规划和运营管理模式的创新设计,以及服务区域经济协同性发展具有参考价值。

Intercity High-Speed Railway as a new mode of the comprehensive transportation system in the Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei region coordinated development, has been playing more and more important role.It is needed to apply the assessment of intercity railway products、services and comprehensive ability in order to improve the op-eration and service.It should be done within the association analysis of influence on regional economy, and also it should strengthen the study on impact of integrate internal and external relevance of the operation and management factors, which will improve the dynamic adjustment of China’ s high speed railway network development and opera-tion management mode, and will be significant to serve the regional economic collaboration.
