采用社区环境调查问卷和主观幸福感量表的方式,对北京市城区的457名社区居民进行了实证调查,结果表明,北京市居民的主观幸福感总体情况（15.6368±3.9625）良好。采用因子分析和回归分析的方法,分析了影响居民主观幸福感的社区环境因素。结果表明,＂景观优美＂、＂邻里关系良好＂等5个指标是影响居民主观幸福感的主要社区环境因素,这些因素反映了居民对社区环境的需求,有关部门和企业可以根据居民的需求来规划、建设和管理社区,让社区居民生活得更加幸福。

The survey questionnaire of community envi- ronment quality and subjective well - being scale are used on 457 urban community residents in Beijing. The result of the em- pirical study shows that subjective well - being （ 15. 6368 ± 3. 9625） of the residents in Beijing is in good condition. The methods of factor analysis and regression analysis are used to an- alyze the community environment factors of the residents＇ sub- jective well -being. The results show that five indicators inclu- ding ＂beautiful landscape＂ , ＂good neighborhood relations＂ are the main community environmental factors affecting the resi- dents＇ subjective well -being. These factors reflect the demand of the residents for community environment. The relevant departmerits and enterprises can plan, build and manage communities based on these demand to enhance residents＇ subjective well - being.
