测算2004--2013年京津冀城市群13个城市的经济密度及其变异系数、泰尔指数等指标,分析京津冀城市群的经济密度及差异的变化趋势,并与长三角、珠三角城市群进行比较。结果表明:京津冀城市群经济密度远远低于长三角、珠三角城市群,并与长三角、珠三角城市群的差距呈扩大趋势;而京津冀城市群的内部差距明显大于长三角城市群,长三角城市群内部差距呈缩小趋势,而京津冀城市群内部差距则呈扩大趋势;京津冀城市群中心城市与长三角、珠三角城市群中心城市差距显著。因此,应通过协同创新驱动京津冀协同发展;通过深化改革打破行政垄断,促进市场一体化;通过顶层设计和推动来实现基本公共服务均等化。

Calculating Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration during 2004 - 2013 in 13 cities economic density and its variation coefficient, Theil index, the text analyses Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration Economic Density and difference, and compares with the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta city group. The results show that the economic density of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group is much lower than the Yangtze River Deha, Pearl River Delta city group, and increased with the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta city group difference; and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group was significantly greater than the gap within the Yangtze River Delta city group, the gap between the Yangtze River Delta city group tended to reduce, while the internal gap between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group tended to be enlarged; Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei city group center city and the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta city group center city disparities. Therefore, through collaborative innovation drive the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-I-Iebei; through deepening reform to break the administrative monopoly, promote market integration; through the top-level design and promoting to achieve the equalization of basic public services.
