实行转型升级是商业银行面对经济“新常态”提出的新的战略要求。随着大数据、云计算等互联网技术的不断更新,互联网金融思维逐渐深入人心,这为商业银行的转型发展提供了新的思路。作为互联网核心思维的“大数据”战略深刻地影响着商业银行转型升级目标的实现。在庞大的中国金融消费市场环境下,商业银行积极探索以“大数据”战略为核心的转型方案,深入挖掘市场机会,成为银行提高自身竞争力,抢占市场先机的重要手段。而商业银行要将“大数据”战略成功地嵌入商业银行转型升级的过程中,就必须对实施这一战略的内外部环境进行准确的分析,科学确定发展目标,实事求是地进行战略定位,并围绕战略目标采取切实可行的实践措施。

In the vast Chinese financial consumer market environment, commercial banks are actively exploring the transformation plan with "Big Data" strategy as the core and excavating market opportunities in deep. It has become an important means to improve banks" competitiveness and to seize market opportunities. And the commercial banks to successfully clamp "Big Data" strategy into commercial Banks in the process of transformation and upgrading, must accurately analysis internal and external environment of carrying out this strategy, determine the development goals of science, seek truth from facts to make strategic positioning, and surrounding the practice of the strategic goals and take practical measures.
