结合零售行业，在阐述大数据给传统零售业带来的思维、商业、管理这一系列变革的同时，着重从传统零售业数据统计步骤的数据采集、整理、分析、诠释这几个方面分析大数据给零售业统计带来的影响与变革，同时分析大数据应用在零售业所带来的关于隐私问题的挑战，给出零售业统计应如何应对变革的一些探讨，诸如扩大数据的采集面、增加数据采集的广度与深度、采用数据挖掘技术进行大数据分析、引入数据可视化技术进行数据诠释等。
結閤零售行業，在闡述大數據給傳統零售業帶來的思維、商業、管理這一繫列變革的同時，著重從傳統零售業數據統計步驟的數據採集、整理、分析、詮釋這幾箇方麵分析大數據給零售業統計帶來的影響與變革，同時分析大數據應用在零售業所帶來的關于隱私問題的挑戰，給齣零售業統計應如何應對變革的一些探討，諸如擴大數據的採集麵、增加數據採集的廣度與深度、採用數據挖掘技術進行大數據分析、引入數據可視化技術進行數據詮釋等。

This paper is trying to illustrate a series of changes in thinking, business, and management combining with retail industry. Emphatically in the traditional retail statistics steps, such as data collection, collation, analysis and interpretation, we analyze the affection of big data, at the same time we discuss the privacy issues brought by the data application in the retail industry. And in the end we give some useful advises to retail industry in how to deal with the changes, such as expanding the collection of data, increasing the breadth and depth, analysing the data with data mining technology, introducing data visualization technology and so on, These provide some useful reference for the reform of retail statistics.
