通过对流通业与国民经济协同发展的剖析发现，二者通过市场调节机制、文化制度机制、合作机制、行政计划机制、财政及金融扶持机制、市场竞争机制、创新机制、集约机制八大机制实现协同发展。要有效实现二者的协同发展就要从八大机制入手，明确政府职责定位，完善基础服务体系，优化流通业与国民经济协同发展软硬环境，加大对流通业投资，进一步激发全社会发展流通业活力，走国际化路线，实施国际化战略，加快流通业国际化步伐。

This paper analyzes synergistic effects between circulation industrial and the national economy, builds a mechanism of collaborative development between circulation industrial and the national economy, including market regulation mechanisms, administrative planning mechanism, the market competition mechanism, fiscal and financial support mechanisms, intensive mechanisms, innovative mechanisms, cooperation mechanism, cultural systems mechanisms. Establishing clear mechanisms required duties and responsibilities of government, improving basic services system, optimizing hardware and software environment to coordinated development between circulation industrial and the national economy, increasing investment to circulation industrial, and further stimulating the vitality to develop circulation industrial to the whole social, taking the international route, implementing of international strategy, accelerating the international pace of circulation industrial.
