农村社区是社会的基础。大力推进农村社区生态文化建设,对实现人与自然、人与社会、人自身的和谐发展具有深远意义,但当前农民生态意识淡薄、生态文化教育缺失、体制机制存在缺陷的问题亟待解决。要针对农村社区的具体实际,加强生态文化教育和人才队伍建设,构建生态文化建设的长效机制,推进农村社区生态文化的长足发展。

Rural community is the foundation of society.
