自2012年,广播电视大学向开放大学转型备受社会关注。学校转型发展过程中,教师面对新的发展形式和不断发展的信息技术,必然在职责承担上有一些变化。开放大学的教师需要扮演好教学资源建设者、课程设计师、课程培训师、研究型学者等角色。
自2012年,廣播電視大學嚮開放大學轉型備受社會關註。學校轉型髮展過程中,教師麵對新的髮展形式和不斷髮展的信息技術,必然在職責承擔上有一些變化。開放大學的教師需要扮縯好教學資源建設者、課程設計師、課程培訓師、研究型學者等角色。
자2012년,엄파전시대학향개방대학전형비수사회관주。학교전형발전과정중,교사면대신적발전형식화불단발전적신식기술,필연재직책승담상유일사변화。개방대학적교사수요분연호교학자원건설자、과정설계사、과정배훈사、연구형학자등각색。
Since 2012, the transformation of the radio and TV university to the open university has been given more social concern. In the school restructuring and development process, facing the new situation and evolving IT technology, there must be some changes in the teachers＇ responsibilities. The open university teachers need to play the roles of teaching resources builders, curriculum designers, courses trainers, research oriented scholars.
