Teachers are the top group in the list of those job burnout people, with English teachers in rural primary schools in particular, which will do great harm to their mental health, their professional growth and their English teaching. The job burnout situation of English teachers in rural primary schools in South Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, is due to social, school and personal factors, which needs corresponding effective countermeasures.
