近年来，在中国经济增长下行压力比较大的同时，中国的环境问题也备受关注。该文基于2000—2010年中国分省份的相关面板数据，用环境全要素生产率对经济增长的贡献来测度经济增长方式的转变，结合正式环境规制和非正式环境规制，检验环境规制是否倒逼中国经济增长方式发生转变。研究结果表明：正式环境规制能有效促进中国粗放式的经济增长方式的转变，可以作为中国实现集约型经济增长方式的动力。非正式环境规制与中国经济增长方式的转变正相关，表明非正式环境规制已经开始推动中国转变经济增长方式。

In recent years, China＇s economic downward pressure is relatively large, while China＇s environ- mental problems also attracts much attention. By using the panel-data of China＇s 30 provinces from 2000 to 2010, this paper uses the contribution of the environment TFP to the economic growth pattern to measure the transformation of economic growth pattern, combining formal and informal environmental regulation to test whether the environmental regulation has forced a shift of Chinese economic growth pattern. The results show that the formal environ- mental regulation can effectively promote the transformation of China＇s extensive economic growth pattern, thus can be used as motivation for China to achieve intensive economic growth pattern; while informal environmental regulation positively correlated with changes of China＇s economic growth pattern, indicating that informal environmental regulation has begun to promote the transformation of China＇s economic growth pattern
