采用碱浸酸析的方法研究了赣南脐橙果皮中提取橙皮苷的正交工艺.研究表明:25 g橙皮粉中,在1.5 g的氢氧化钙添加量,1.0 h提取时间,1:30(g/mL)的料液比的最佳工艺条件下,粗产品收率可达2.14%.粗产品经过重结晶的方法进行分离提纯,结晶收率达到74.0%,产品结构经过一维红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱表征,为目标产物.
採用堿浸痠析的方法研究瞭贛南臍橙果皮中提取橙皮苷的正交工藝.研究錶明:25 g橙皮粉中,在1.5 g的氫氧化鈣添加量,1.0 h提取時間,1:30(g/mL)的料液比的最佳工藝條件下,粗產品收率可達2.14%.粗產品經過重結晶的方法進行分離提純,結晶收率達到74.0%,產品結構經過一維紅外光譜和二階導數紅外光譜錶徵,為目標產物.

The conditions for the extraction hesperidine by alkali leaching acid precipitation method from gannan navel orange peel with orthogonal experimental are studied. The results show that the optimum conditions are 25 g gannan navel orange peel,feed liquid ratio 1:30 (g/mL) and 1.0 h extraction time. The high yield is 2.14%,the crude is purified by recrystallization and the yield is 74.0%,and product is char-acterized by one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy and second-derivative infrared spectroscopy.
