文章结合当前我国新常态下的经济背景,对新常态下我国政府经济治理问题进行思考,在简要评析了经济史上几种典型的经济增长理论范式的基础上,分析了我国政府＂宏观政策稳定,微观政策灵活,社会政策托底＂的经济治理方向背后的深层次机理,并从政府宏观调控、应对经济风险、政策服务、机制创新和绩效评价等方面提出了一系列治理策略。
文章結閤噹前我國新常態下的經濟揹景,對新常態下我國政府經濟治理問題進行思攷,在簡要評析瞭經濟史上幾種典型的經濟增長理論範式的基礎上,分析瞭我國政府＂宏觀政策穩定,微觀政策靈活,社會政策託底＂的經濟治理方嚮揹後的深層次機理,併從政府宏觀調控、應對經濟風險、政策服務、機製創新和績效評價等方麵提齣瞭一繫列治理策略。

This article argued about the issue of the economic governance in China. Based on the discussing of several typical theories of economic growth during the economic history, this article analyzed the underlying mechanisms behind the government＇s strategic economic managements which were stable rnacroeconomic policies, flexible micro policies and the social policies as the foundations. This article also put forward some advice from the perspectives of the government＇s macroeconomic regulation and control, the response to economic, the policy services, the mechanism innovations and the performance evaluations, etc.
