文章基于2011年中国家庭金融调查1的数据,运用probit模型,探究在农村二元金融结构的基础下,农村土地租赁以及农民阶层的分化对于农民借贷渠道选择的影响。结果表明,土地租赁对非正规渠道借贷有正向显著作用,对正规渠道借贷无显著影响;收入分化对正规渠道借贷有正向显著作用,对非正规渠道借贷有负向显著作用;职业分化对正规渠道借贷有负向显著作用,对非正规渠道借贷无显著作用。
文章基于2011年中國傢庭金融調查1的數據,運用probit模型,探究在農村二元金融結構的基礎下,農村土地租賃以及農民階層的分化對于農民藉貸渠道選擇的影響。結果錶明,土地租賃對非正規渠道藉貸有正嚮顯著作用,對正規渠道藉貸無顯著影響;收入分化對正規渠道藉貸有正嚮顯著作用,對非正規渠道藉貸有負嚮顯著作用;職業分化對正規渠道藉貸有負嚮顯著作用,對非正規渠道藉貸無顯著作用。

This article is based on the data of 2011 Chinese household financial investigation, by using the probit model, exploring the relationship of rural land lease, the class differentiation and borrowing channels for farmers on the basis of dual financial structure of the countryside. The results showed that the land lease have positive significant effect on informal borrowing channels, and no significant influence to the regular borrowing channel; income differentiation has positive significant role to the formal channel borrowing, and negative significant role of informal borrowing; vocational differentiation＇has negative significant role to the formal channel borrowing, and no significant role of informal borrowing.
