The resource allocation efficiency can measure the effect of resource development of economic and social development. This article uses ratio analysis method, through the unit resource output, the financial indices such as output, employment, quantitative, to master the situation of the promotion and influence of Baise bauxite resource development on Baise＇s economic and social development; then it puts forward optimization suggestions such as perfect the industry development, resource allocation, tax and enterprise collaboration mechanism for improving the efficiency of resource allocation.
