采用信息技术等研究方法,以第17届仁川亚运会男子百米决赛中苏炳添和张培萌为研究重点,使之与博尔特的百米技术特征进行比较并分析他们百米技术中与博尔特之间存在的差异。结果表明:苏炳添和张培萌与博尔特的百米技术差距主要体现在步长能力,他们应在步频不大幅降低的前提下,以加大步长作为提高运动成绩的突破口;较高的步频指数揭示了苏炳添和张培萌百米技术呈现出步长与步频不均衡发展特征,他们应注意根据自身技术特点,提高步长指数,使步长和步频协同发展;加大支撑腿缓冲幅度与后蹬时膝关节角度,增加摆动腿折叠程度、加大前摆角度与提高扒地力量是苏炳添和张培萌完善步频与步幅能力的关键。

This research adopted information technology approach to study Su Bingtian and Zhang Peimeng's sprint technique in the men's 1 00 m final of 1 7 th Inchon Asian Games and compared their technique with that of Bolt.The results show that the step size ability is the main technique shortness and they should increase the step size as a breakthrough to improve athletic performance on the perquisite of keeping the step frequency not sharply reduced.The high frequency index reveals the unbalanced characteristics of their step length and step frequency.Therefore,they should combine with their own characteristics to improve the step index so that the step length and step frequency can develop collaboratively.To perfect the stride length and the stride frequency,they need not only increase the angle of the support leg cushion and the stomp angle,but also increase the folding of the legs as well as the swing speed.Amplify the swing angle and improving the pawing power also play an important role in perfecting the stride capabilities and the stride frequency.
