运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、个案研究和对比分析等研究方法,发现12届全运会女子撑竿跳高冠军李玲赛前中周期训练的负荷安排特征基本与积累、转换和实现板块安排一致,小周期训练计划中核心课程负荷集中且指向性明显,呈现出明显的板块特征。这套周期负荷体系是经典周期理论与板块理论相结合的一种复合性体系,是在有重要比赛的赛前中周期中嵌入一个板块周期,并以此解决特定的训练目的和任务。

Through using the method of literature review, expert interview, case study and com- parative analysis, this paper found out that the female pole vaulter LI Ling's periodic training load arrangement before competition in the 12th National Games kept with the accumulation, transformation and realization plate arrangement. The core curriculum load in Micro cycle train- ing program concentrates significantly, and shows obvious plate characteristics. This set of cycle load system is a complex system of classical cycle and plate theory. It is embedded in periodic before important competition. The main purpose is to solve the specfic trainng objective and task.
