From Edward Said' s work versions translated in Cross-Strait, the essence of transmission of the postcolonial theory is that the western countries dump their intellectual products into China on a one-way. The postcolonial theory violates its original intention of decolonization, and exerts both neocolonialism economic exploitation and postcolonial cultural domination onto the areas that have been gotten rid of colonism, resulting in postcolonial phenomena. These postcolonial phenomena not only are the continuation of colonial history, but show internalization of postcolonial mentality. China and Oriental world are as anxious as ever owing to losing their right to speak. Mailand is "the fourth world" in the process, becoming a dumping place for Taiwan and Hongkong, which product knowledge as Western agents. Mailand should actively participate in speaking in multi-voice, setting up cultural consciousness and cultural confidence. We must pay attention to both "borrowing" and "sending", "voyage in" and culture output being the two specific paths.
