追求幸福是每个人的权利,也是实现人生价值的驱动力。然而在目前经济总量已跃居全球第二的中国,多数人的幸福感并没有与GDP的增长速度同步上升甚至有所下降。影响幸福感的因素包括个人因素与社会因素两个方面,因此,提升人们的幸福感应从以下两个方面着手：一是政府应采取多种途径不断提升公众的幸福感;二是民众自己要通过自我调适来提升幸福感。
追求倖福是每箇人的權利,也是實現人生價值的驅動力。然而在目前經濟總量已躍居全毬第二的中國,多數人的倖福感併沒有與GDP的增長速度同步上升甚至有所下降。影響倖福感的因素包括箇人因素與社會因素兩箇方麵,因此,提升人們的倖福感應從以下兩箇方麵著手：一是政府應採取多種途徑不斷提升公衆的倖福感;二是民衆自己要通過自我調適來提升倖福感。
추구행복시매개인적권리,야시실현인생개치적구동력。연이재목전경제총량이약거전구제이적중국,다수인적행복감병몰유여GDP적증장속도동보상승심지유소하강。영향행복감적인소포괄개인인소여사회인소량개방면,인차,제승인문적행복감응종이하량개방면착수：일시정부응채취다충도경불단제승공음적행복감;이시민음자기요통과자아조괄래제승행복감。
Pursuit of happiness is everyone＇s right and also the driving power to achieve the value of his life. But in China, most of the people do not think the increase of their sensation of happiness has kept the same pace with the county＇s GDP, which has already leaped into the secondary position in the world. However, they think it is lower than before. The factors that affect the sensation of hap- piness can be classified into two groups： individual and social. Based on that, there are two ways to improve the residents＇sensation of happiness ： one is to obtain the support h＇om the government and the other is to rely on the self-adjustment of residents themselves.
