高校加快引进留学人才回国创新创业,对提升学校整体实力乃至促进国家创新驱动战略的实施具有重要作用。当前,中国高校引进留学人才工作取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在着一系列问题,如高校学科发展水平有待提高、人才发展环境仍需优化、考评机制不健全、配套措施不完善等。为此,高校应着力推动学科发展、改善人才环境、健全考评机制、完善配套政策,以引进更多优秀留学人才回国发展。
